Cautions & Personal Safety |
- Does the red light on the transmitter come on?
- If no, change the battery.
- If yes, unplug for 2 mintures and try again.
- Still does not work, reprogram transmitter (directions on front panel).
- If transmitter still does not work, call GEM at (239) 642-0873.
- Push in manual overrides on front panel. If this works, open the box and see if there are any lights on the circuit board. If none, it's most likely a bad transformer. Check for 24VAC output on transformer to confirm. Make sure power switch is on.
- If you have power, then check the connections. Most likely a bad circuit board.
- If you push manual overrrides and remote just hums, check wiring and motor(s).
- If you push the manual overrides and nothing happens, check the power / breaker confirming you have power. If not, call an electrician.
