Thank you for shopping with Lunmar Boat Lifts, we appreciate your business. The following are our Terms of Use & Conditions. These are subject to change at any time, if you have any questions, please feel free to let us know.
- Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of order.
- Delivery Time: Delivery timelines are not guaranteed unless explicitly provided in writing or by email. If you need an item by a specific date/time, please contact us before ordering.
- Returns on Electrical Parts: Returns of electrical components require prior approval and are at the discretion of Lunmar Boat Lifts management.
- Restocking Fee: Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days of purchase, except for warranty-covered items.
- Condition of Returns: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and authorized by Lunmar Boat Lifts with proper return instructions.
- Warranty Claims: Warranties are provided by the product manufacturer. Defective products must be inspected by Lunmar Boat Lifts before any replacements or repairs are issued.
- Inspection upon Receipt: Products must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery for damages or shortages.
- Shortages: Shortages cannot be replaced after installation has commenced.
Pricing
- Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions about a price, please contact us.
- Written Confirmation: Special pricing must be confirmed in writing by Lunmar Boat Lifts. This can either be picked-up from our office or sent via email.
- Special Pricing: For larger orders, special pricing may be available upon request and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Ordering and Payments
- Payment Requirements: Payment is due at the time of order. Items will not be sent until payment has been received.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Certified checks, PayPal, and select credit cards are accepted. Company checks require prior approval from Lunmar Boat Lifts management, and orders may be held until the check clears, potentially delaying shipment.
- Alternate Payment Arrangements: Any alternative payment terms must be pre-approved in writing by Lunmar Boat Lifts management prior to placing an order.
Customized Products
- Custom Orders: Certain products may be customized through Lunmar Boat Lifts.
- Additional Costs: Customization incurs additional costs, including potential charges for engineering or design work.
- Warranty Exclusions: Some customized products may not be covered under warranty; additional conditions may apply.
- Final Sale: Once the customization process begins, orders for custom products are final and non-refundable, even if the product has not yet shipped.
